Your Role in Our Story as a Staff Pharmacist
- Practice at the top of your license by delivering patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), while playing an active role in improving health outcomes beyond prescription fulfillment.
- Lead, coach, and support pharmacy technicians and associates in delivering exceptional customer service
- Help create a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Support pharmacy performance through prescription growth, customer engagement, and clinical services
- Promote preventive care and wellness programs that improve the health of our communities
Champion immunizations, medication adherence, health screenings, and other patient care initiatives

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like as a Staff Pharmacist
- Accurately review and dispense prescription medications in accordance with all federal, state, and company regulations
- Counsel patients on medication therapy, adherence, side effects, and disease management
- Administer immunizations and other pharmacist-provided clinical services
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain proper inventory levels, medication security, and controlled substance accountability
- Oversee prescription workflow to deliver safe, efficient, and timely service
- Work closely with store leadership to support pharmacy and company initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Current immunization certification
- Current CPR certification
Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations

Salary Range: $111,280.00 - $166,920.00
