Skillfully administers injectables for Contoura Medspa patients. Assists in growth of practice and enhancement of the patient experience.

Arrives thirty minutes prior to first appointment to ensure treatment room/supplies are ready.
Skillfully administers injectables.
Completes effective client consultations and create treatment plans for patients. Listens to clients’ needs and wants.
Ensures client paperwork including intake forms and treatment records are filled out completely and accurately in our system.
Ensures client records are stored securely including digital files such as before and after photos taken on electronic devices.
Converts new patients into loyal patients of our Med Spa Practice.
Solicits referrals and reviews from clients regularly.
Stays up to date on industry innovation, treatments, protocols, and products.
Attends continuing education: Local and regional seminars, workshops, and national conferences.
Maintains a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after performing services.
Restocking rooms and product, as needed.

Competencies:

Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of medical office principles, standards, applications, and tests.
Knowledge of medical office safety, cleanliness and infection control policies and regulations.
Knowledge of medical office equipment uses and maintenance.
Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Communication - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Confidentiality - Maintain patient, team member and employer confidentiality. Comply with all HIPAA regulations.
Customer Service Oriented - Friendly, cheerful, and helpful to patients and others. Ability to meet patients and others needs while following office policies and procedures.
Decision Making - Ability to make critical decisions while following company policies and procedures.
Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
