Local Allstate Insurance Agency is looking to hire highly-motivated individuals to work REMOTELY!

Your phone is your office. Your follow-up is your weapon. Your income is the scoreboard.

We are looking for a sales-minded, money-motivated Remote Insurance Sales Representative who knows that winning in sales does not happen by accident. It happens through activity, consistency, confidence, and the ability to close.

This is for the person who likes a challenge. The person who does not wait for opportunity — they create it. The person who understands that every call, every follow-up, and every conversation is a chance to win new business.

You will work remotely, but this is not a slow-paced, hide-behind-a-screen role. This is a production seat. You will be expected to prospect, present, follow up, overcome objections, and close.

Base pay ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 annually, based on your interview, background, and experience. On top of that, you can earn uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Coachable producers who show up, follow the process, and put in the work can reach $52,000 to $85,000 in total compensation with commission.
