Vice President (Japanese Bilingual)

Lead the Next Phase of Growth

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join a well-established organization and play a key leadership role in driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term strategic success.

As a trusted partner to the CEO, you will lead cross-functional teams, develop business strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and represent the company with key stakeholders both in the U.S. and Japan. This is an outstanding opportunity for an executive who combines strategic vision with a hands-on leadership style and enjoys building high-performing organizations.

What You'll Do

Executive Leadership

Partner closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's long-term business strategy.
Drive profitable growth while improving operational performance across the organization.
Lead and mentor department leaders, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and accountability for results.
Develop and implement company-wide policies, processes, and best practices.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives.

Business Development & Operations

Collaborate with Business Development and Operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Evaluate new products, services, and market opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive position.
Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Support organizational growth through talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Executive Representation

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
Represent the company at executive meetings, industry conferences, customer events, and public engagements.
Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, promoting the company's vision and values in both U.S. and Japanese business communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and executive experience.
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills required.
15+ years of leadership experience in sales, business development, or executive management.
Proven track record of driving business growth and leading cross-functional organizations.
Strong strategic planning, financial, and operational management experience.
Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent business judgment with the ability to make executive-level decisions.
Passion for developing people, building organizations, and creating long-term business value.
