FCCU is currently seeking a BSA Analyst II for our Copperfield headquarters located in Houston, TX.
The BSA Analyst II is responsible for performing complex analytical reviews and investigations related to suspicious activity, ensuring compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and FinCEN regulations.
Additionally, the BSA Analyst is responsible for supporting the Credit Union’s Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance program.
This role involves monitoring member activity, conducting investigations, preparing regulatory reports, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while supporting the Credit Union’s mission of member service.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or a related field OR equivalent work experience
Experience
- Three to five years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance, fraud, or financial services required.
- Complex investigations and SAR filing required.
- Credit union or community financial institution experience preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist)
- CAFP (Certified AML and Fraud Professional)
- Other compliance related certifications are a plus
