Canvass Team Leader

Location: Local Territory Northern VA
Type: Full-Time | Hourly + Performance Bonus | Full Benefits Package

Are you a driven leader with a passion for marketing and team success? Prince William Home Improvement is looking for a high-energy, results-focused Canvass Team Leader to take charge of our canvassing team and fuel our continued growth.

What You’ll Do:

As the Canvass Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team of canvassers. Your goal? Inspire, train, and lead your team to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

You’ll set the tone by leading from the front — coaching in the field, managing logistics, and consistently generating leads yourself to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and train canvassers
Coach reps in the field to improve set rates and quality
Track individual and team performance metrics
Enforce company standards, schedules, and compliance
Motivate the team through incentives and accountability
Coordinate with Canvass Manager
Ensure neighborhoods are worked professionally and effectively

What You Bring:

Prior experience in canvassing, door-to-door, or field marketing required
Previous leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and motivational skills
Organized, dependable, and results-driven
Comfortable working outdoors and in the field daily
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
