Client Service Manager – Security Operations

Dallas–Frisco, TX | Full-time

Ready to lead security operations instead of simply reacting to them?

We are looking for an experienced security leader who knows how to keep clients happy, officers supported and accounts running smoothly.

As our Client Service Manager, you will take ownership of a group of security accounts throughout the Dallas–Frisco area. You will be trusted to build client relationships, develop supervisors, solve staffing challenges and maintain the service standards our clients expect.

This is not a position for someone who wants to manage entirely from behind a desk. You will be visible at client locations, connected to your officers and actively involved in the success of your accounts.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned clients.
Build strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits and dependable follow-through.
Oversee supervisors and security officers across multiple locations.
Make sure every account is properly staffed, trained and operating according to its contract.
Manage schedules, call-offs and coverage while keeping overtime under control.
Develop a dependable group of cross-trained officers who can support multiple locations.
Visit sites regularly to inspect service quality, coach employees and address concerns before they become larger problems.
Partner with recruiting to interview and hire qualified security professionals.
Improve employee retention by providing clear expectations, consistent leadership and timely support.
Review incident reports, employee documentation and client concerns.
Investigate service issues and ensure corrective action is completed.
Keep branch leadership informed without requiring constant direction.
Identify practical ways to improve security operations and the client experience.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

Have at least two years of management or supervisory experience.
Have experience in contract security, field operations or another fast-paced service environment.
Know how to manage schedules, staffing shortages, call-offs and overtime.
Are comfortable supervising employees across several locations.
Communicate professionally with clients, officers and senior leadership.
Can handle difficult conversations and employee performance concerns fairly.
Stay organized when several priorities require attention at the same time.
Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution.
Are comfortable working in the field and responding when urgent operational issues arise.

An associate degree in criminal justice, business or a related field is preferred. Relevant security, military, law enforcement or operational leadership experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

You understand that security operations are built on relationships and reliability. Clients need to know that you will respond. Officers need to know what is expected of them. Leadership needs to know that you can take ownership and deliver results.

You do not wait for every problem to reach your desk. You visit your accounts, know your people and address issues early. You can be firm without being disrespectful, and you understand that accountability and employee retention must work together.
