Job Title: Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant
Location: Smyrna, GA

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $14–$16 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Weekly schedule may vary from week to week based on patient demand and practice needs
Schedule will be provided with advance notice whenever possible
Primarily based at our Smyrna location, with the possibility of working at our sister location in Kennesaw from time to time, based on patient needs and scheduling
Monday 8:45-1 & 3-6 Tuesday 3-6 Wednesday 3-6 Thursday 8:45-1 & 3-6

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team and help us provide an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Assist the doctor with patient therapies and treatments as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas
Perform administrative duties such as data entry and record management
Uphold a friendly, patient-focused atmosphere
Collecting copays
Making appointments and tracking patient attendance
Performing insurance verifications and handling insurance-related paperwork
Inputting data into EHR and preparing daily reports
Performing therapies and other related tasks

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills required
Ability to manage patient flow and appointments
Experience with insurance verifications and paperwork
Proficiency in data entry and EHR systems

The Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist serves as an essential member of the clinical team, contributing to the smooth operation of the practice by overseeing patient communications, performing administrative duties, and supporting the treating physician with therapeutic procedures.
