PLEASE BE AWARE: We do have two locations: Addison and Forney. This position will primarily be for the FORNEY, TX location, but may require training and some days in DALLAS, TX.

Full Time opening for a patient coordinator/medical assistant for integrative setting to help lead patients on a true healing journey. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate interested pursuing a career in functional medicine. This job honestly just takes someone that is EXTROVERTED, empathetic, and a team player with knowledge of clinical protocols and duties.

We see patients with autoimmunity, thyroid, cardiovascular, digestive issues, diabetes, fatigue, hormone issues, etc. You will be guiding patients through an already developed , assisting providers with office procedures, checking vitals, drawing labs, refilling and filling prescriptions, charting, -- and MOST IMPORTANTLY, taking care of patients. We are willing to look at candidates who are MA, RN, EMT, LVN, or someone that demonstrates a strong knowledge of functional medicine with a desire to learn/ or ANYONE WHO HAS A PASSION FOR FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE AND A BIG PERSONALITY.

The hours of operation are Mon.-Friday 9:00 A.M. -5:00 P.M. We close for lunch from 12:30-1:30 P.M. We do not work late or weekends. We have paid holidays, PTO, health insurance after 90 days, and other rewards and tons of bonus opportunities.

You will not see more than two patients per hour. We do not accept insurance so there is no spending hours on approvals or rejections. We are owned by a physician, not a large corporation. You are not just an employee to us. We have the best patients and team members. Our providers are compassionate, genuine, and kind.
