Brattan Industries, Inc. is a reputable electrical construction company based in Littleton, Massachusetts, with over 50 years of experience as a nation wide open shop contractor employing over 400 skilled electricians, we deliver comprehensive electrical services including commercial and industrial projects, design/build engineering, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integration for some of the largest companies in the world . Our commitment to quality ensures reliable and professional service on every project.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Admin to support our construction teams directly on site at a large MHE project in Waterbury, CT. This vital role involves managing project documentation, coordinating vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating smooth communication across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position will be a full time position reporting to the Project Site located in Waterbury. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm with overtime available depending on project schedule and project needs.

Duties

Document management across the project including Time Cards, Safety Sheets, Change Orders, RFI's & Material Tracking
Ensure compliance with company SOP's regarding document control and procedures
Assist with logistics and inventory management
Reviewing and confirming Bill of Materials, confirming quantities, part numbers and condition, noting and reporting any discrepancies immediatley
Maintain daily records of project activities, correspondence, time sheets, vendor invoices and contractor issued documents
Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth operations on-site

Requirements

Safety focused mindset
Bilingual speaker preferred (English & Spanish)
Proven experience in construction administration or project coordination within the construction or electrical sector
Familiarity with document review processes, compliance standards, and records management best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Effective research skills with the ability to interpret technical documents
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
