Location: Norwalk & Darien, CT (Fairfield County)

Schedule: Full-Time, 4-day work week (28 patient-facing hours); flexible hours and part-time options available.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our premier, physician-led private practice with over three decades of deep-rooted community prestige. Under the leadership of Dr. Dobos-a highly respected, board-certified pediatric developmental specialist and community medical director-the practice is expanding to fulfill a visionary, "one-stop-shop" care model for general pediatrics and developmental subspecialties. Operating within a highly collaborative culture, this opportunity offers unmatched clinical autonomy and a direct path to cultivating your own niche clinical interests.

Key Highlights of the Opportunity

Diverse Scope & Niche Cultivation: Manage a comprehensive pediatric panel featuring primary care, acute care and integrated behavioral health, with the freedom to focus on any special interest or niche skillset.
Elite Collaborative Mentorship: Join a cohesive, multi-provider team with active academic affiliations, providing robust opportunities for clinical teaching and preceptorship (if inclined). We boast a supportive and collaborative environment with mentorship available to early career providers.
Operational Efficiency: Benefit from an exceptional 1:1 provider-to-support ratio where dedicated MAs and Nurses drive high-efficiency rooming, vitals, screenings, and triaging. Administrative relief is built into the workflow through pre-charting protocols, dedicated inbox management support, and streamlined operational processes.
True Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a highly sustainable 4-day work week, with flexible 2- to 3-day part-time options also available to fit your lifestyle. Weeknight call is exceptionally low-volume because the practice utilizes an expert after-hours nursing triage service to handle the vast majority of patient needs.
Sophisticated Compensation Package: Offers a highly competitive base salary paired with an annual bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications:

1+ years of pediatrics experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
State licensure and board certification is required
