Join our dynamic culinary team as a Full time artisan pizza, dough, specialty bread creator, and Italian specialties cook. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to craft artisan pizzas, breads,baked goods and innovative modern Italian cuisine. Proffesional baking background or relevant experience necessary. Utlilize traditional Italian dough making process. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads and pizza doughs using traditional and innovative techniques
Handle food production tasks including mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling procedures throughout all stages of food preparation
Assist with food presentation, ensuring each item meets quality standards before serving or packaging
Support kitchen operations by managing ingredient inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of workstations

Qualifications

Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary roles within a bakery, restaurant, or food industry setting
Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques specific to bread making and pizza crafting
Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
Prior experience in food prep and catering
