We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Is a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician (as required by Massachusetts regulations)
- Is certified in lash extensions or excited to continue learning
- Has a passion for beauty, artistry, and helping people feel their best
- Pays attention to the little details and takes pride in delivering exceptional work
- Is positive, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Wants a long-term salon to grow with—not just another place to work
What You'll Do
- Create beautiful lash transformations, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets
- Perform lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, and other beauty services
- Deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through aftercare
- Educate clients on maintenance, aftercare, and recommended products
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism
- Help create the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that makes Ultimate Touch special
