Full Job Description

We are a growing home health care organization serving patients throughout the Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, and North Shore communities. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in building the clinical workforce that allows us to provide exceptional care in patients' homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

This position is Hybrid following a schedule of Monday–Friday 9am-5pm, with three days based in our Lynn office and two days working remotely.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer.
Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Source both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinical candidates for current and anticipated openings.
Partner with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Develop relationships with nursing and physical therapy schools, professional organizations, and other healthcare recruiting sources.
Represent the organization professionally at career fairs, networking events, school programs, and other recruiting events.
Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other relevant recruiting metrics.

Qualifications:

3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in healthcare.
Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
