Job Title: Manager – Dryft Revere
Location: Revere, MA

Dryft Revere is our flagship restaurant and the first in the Aldi Companies group, offering a unique reimagining of Italian classics with a modern twist, paired with a strong focus on fresh seafood selections and elevated yet approachable dining experiences. As part of a growing restaurant group, we are committed to delivering high-quality dishes, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Dryft Revere is seeking a Manager to help oversee front-of-house operations, working directly with our General Manager and management team. The Manager will help lead our team in an extremely high-volume, fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional service, efficient operations, and a positive guest experience. This role requires a strong, hands-on leader who is comfortable taking charge of service, supporting and developing staff, and maintaining the standards of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage front-of-house operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and consistent service.
Supervise and support front-of-house staff, fostering teamwork and a culture of accountability.
Maintain an active presence on the floor, providing leadership and support to the team throughout service.
Work closely with the General Manager and management team to execute restaurant standards and daily operational priorities.
Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate specials, events, service expectations, and other important information to the team.
Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally while maintaining a high level of hospitality.
Assist with training and developing front-of-house employees.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, side work, restaurant cleanliness, and shift responsibilities.
Assist with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and shift coverage as needed.
Support private events, large parties, and high-volume services.
Collaborate with back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and a superior guest experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, alcohol-service regulations, and applicable health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, or in a similar restaurant leadership role, particularly in a high-volume environment.
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities, with a focus on professional development.
Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and maintain service standards in an extremely high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Ability to handle guest concerns and make sound decisions during service.
Experience with restaurant POS, reservation, and scheduling systems preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol-service practices.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
