Dental Office Manager - Join a Team That Takes Pride in Exceptional Patient Care

We're an established and respected, private dental practice seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our office operations and help create an outstanding experience for our patients and team members.

We believe excellent dentistry begins with excellent leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, enjoys helping patients, and understands the importance of creating a positive and efficient office culture.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience (required)
Previous dental office management experience (highly preferred)
Strong understanding of dental scheduling, insurance, treatment planning, and patient communication
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Dependable and punctual
Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable with kindness and professionalism
Someone who genuinely cares about the success of the practice and the well-being of our patients

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front office operations
Manage scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Ensure patients receive exceptional customer service from their first phone call through completion of treatment
Assist with insurance verification, claims, and patient financial arrangements
Support team members and help maintain a positive office culture
Monitor practice systems and identify opportunities for improvement
Assist with administrative and management duties as needed

Office Hours (MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK OUR FULL OFFICE HOURS)
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 7:25 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:25 am/8:25 am to 7:00 pm
Saturdays (one Saturday a month, generally the first Saturday of each month): 7:25 am to 1:00pm
