Join our talented team as an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk in the pay range of $15.00 - $20.00! Monday - Friday 8:00 or 9:00 - 5:00. Most Fridays early-out at 1:00!

Accounts Payable/Receivable responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Basic accounting principals
Ability to reconcile accounts and schedules
Strong follow-up
Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines under pressure
Organizational skills
Ability to adapt to change
Strong attention to detail
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Create and maintain reports

Requirement include, but are not limited to:

Must be able to multi-task effectively
Must have patience, and be willing to work as a team player
Must be able to prioritize tasks & communicate with diverse personalities effectively
Answer intercompany and incoming phone calls
On the job training on other desks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
