Stride Autism Centers | 24 Centers in IA, IL, NE & SD, | From $18.50/hr

Ready to do meaningful work that changes lives? Join our fun, supportive team in Davenport, IA, and work 1:1 with amazing preschool-aged children on the autism spectrum.

Logistics & Benefits

Schedule: Predictable full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM.
Pay: Starting from $18.50 per hour. $250 bonus opportunity once certified.
Required: High school diploma/equivalent, reliable transportation, ability to pass a clinical background check, and willingness to maintain an active RBT certification.
Skills: Data entry, caring & compassionate demeanor, previous experience working with children highly desired

The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

Work 1:1 with children (ages 2-6) under BCBA supervision.
Implement personalized treatment plans.
Accurately record progress using our data collection system.
Build positive relationships with families and team members.
Note: Role includes assisting with diaper changing/toileting as needed.
