Full Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring, managing, reporting, collaborating, and triaging IT infrastructure changes within established processes. Provides infrastructure support, resolves low-complexity issues, and supports infrastructure and application environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, events, incidents, and changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues using information analysis.
Support infrastructure technology across a diverse business environment.
Identify and implement infrastructure components with guidance.
Collaborate with technical teams and business partners.
Maintain reporting and documentation related to infrastructure operations.
Participate in 24x7/on-call rotations as required.

Required Skills:

5+ years of infrastructure support experience.
Strong experience with infrastructure monitoring and management.
Experience with Event, Incident, and Change Management.
Knowledge of infrastructure and application domains.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working in collaborative team environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible to support on-call/24x7 operations.

Important:
Candidates with only basic help desk/service desk experience are not a fit. Candidates must have demonstrated hands-on IT infrastructure support and monitoring experience.
