The Role:

To support the Project Management team in filing and archiving of study documents
To assist with filing, archiving and other administrative duties as needed

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

To file and archiving the study documents of clinical trials.
To comply & adhere to GCP guidelines and regulations as required of this role
To ensure data quality and data integrity of all records prior to archiving
To ensure study data is stored to a high quality in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
To ensure data is stored safe in a manner that minimizes deterioration and prevent loss at all times
This role will encompass File Clerk, Data Entry, and Clinical Trial Administrator responsibilities.

Job Demands

The job may involve the following:

Very high concentration of work
Strict and tight deadlines
Having to juggle a range of tasks/issues simultaneously
Working in a hazardous environment with high requirement to follow safety procedures

The Candidate:

Effective communication skills
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel and Office Suite products)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Self-directed - able to perform with minimal supervision
Thorough in task completion- attention to detail
