TaxMax Services – Hiring Tax Preparers (CPA / EA / Experienced Accountant or Tax Preparer)

TaxMax Services is seeking experienced Tax Preparers for full-time and part-time positions. Candidates with bookkeeping knowledge are strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax preparation
- Active license (CTEC, EA, or CPA)
- Proficient in English
- Experience with QuickBooks (bookkeeping knowledge preferred)
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical
- Comfortable with computers and Google Workspace (email, calendar, Drive)
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, including Schedules C, E, D)
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks when needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $22 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
- April performance bonus each tax season
