Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Services Coordinator to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will support the marketing and communications team by coordinating creative projects, managing production timelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. This role collaborates with internal departments, external vendors, and creative partners to develop print and digital campaigns, social media content, advertising, and promotional materials that strengthen member engagement and support the credit union’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects while delivering high-quality creative solutions in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Coordinate the development and execution of marketing and creative projects from concept to completion.
Manage project timelines, priorities, and deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with marketing, branch staff, and other departments to support business goals and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate the production of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, emails, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Ensure all creative materials comply with the credit union’s brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Work with external vendors, designers, printers, and agencies to produce marketing collateral and promotional items.
Assist with planning and promoting community events, sponsorships, financial education programs, and member appreciation activities.
Update website content and support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.
Maintain organized project files, creative assets, and marketing calendars.
Review and proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality before publication.
Track project progress and provide status updates.
Stay current on marketing trends, creative best practices, and emerging digital communication tools

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, motion graphics, and visual storytelling with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web-based content creation and customization
Strong understanding of branding principles, typography design for media, color theory, and print production processes
Ability to create compelling visual content for both digital platforms and print advertising while managing production workflows effectively
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts clearly.
Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and photo editing techniques is a plus
Experience working within marketing teams or agencies is highly desirable
