Full Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate caregiver to support two clients during the day.

Client 1: Assistance with transfers, mobility, personal care, bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and companionship.
Client 2: Help with weekly meal planning, grocery ordering, cooking, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. He enjoys his plants and has a background as a biology professor.

Pay & Schedule

$14.50–$17/hr (based on experience & certification)
Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Fairborn and Springfield

Full-time with consistent hours

What You’ll Do

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support)
Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and daily exercise
Offer companionship, memory care support, and meaningful conversation
Provide medication reminders as outlined in care plans
Communicate client updates to supervisors to ensure excellent care

What You’ll Need

1+ year caregiving experience (preferred) or CNA/STNA certification
Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license
Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable with mobility/personal care tasks
