Position Overview:

The Front Desk Coordinator is part of our Customer Service Team primarily acts as a liaison, providing information to our customers, answering questions and concerns, and resolving issues through appropriate channels.

What You Get To Do:

Meeting and greeting clients
Maintaining a tidy reception area at all times
Reception duties: incoming/outgoing mail, point of contact for vendors, entering/scanning documents, maintaining visitor log, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Answering inbound phone calls, providing customer support, scheduling appointments
Making outbound calls to clients and prospects
Keeping records of customer interactions in our client database, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Follow up client inquiries/issues
Recognizing, documenting and alerting the supervisor of any trends in customer calls
Assisting New Business by adding new policies and verifying submitted policies
Sympathy Program Administrator: Monitor obituaries, send cards and update CRM
Order and organize plan material and up to date pdfs
Special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Experience Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum three years' experience in a reception or customer-facing service role
Health and or Life License preferred; but not required
