Join the local team of a nationally recognized remodeling brand!

We believe great customer experiences start with the first conversation.

We're looking for a confident, organized, and personable professional to serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers. This is a phone-intensive, in-office position where your ability to build rapport and create a strong first impression really matters. If you enjoy talking with people and guiding them through the first step of their remodeling journey, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound calls from prospective customers.
Make outbound calls to follow up with new leads and schedule appointments.
Qualify leads and schedule in-home design consultations for Design Consultants.
Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email.
Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Assist with appointment scheduling and schedule changes.
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Support Design Consultants by maintaining appointment schedules and sales materials.
Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed.

Who We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Strong computer and data-entry skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
CRM experience is a plus.
Previous office experience preferred.
Small business experience is a plus.
