Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Coordinator and play a pivotal role in shaping a thriving workplace environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead essential HR functions, support organizational growth, and foster a positive employee experience. You will be at the forefront of talent management, employee relations, and compliance initiatives, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities

Coordinate talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures.
Facilitate employee orientation programs and support training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
Administer benefits programs, handle payroll processing, and ensure accurate data
Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management processes, and succession planning efforts to promote continuous growth.
Oversee compliance with employment & labor law regulations, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
Support HR legal compliance by handling confidential information responsibly and ensuring adherence to HR department policies.
Assist with organizational design projects, change management initiatives, and workforce management strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills

Strong knowledge of human resources management principles including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Familiarity with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA requirements, and HR legal compliance standards.
Effective project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels and managing conflict resolution professionally.
Experience in HR sourcing strategies, personnel administration, and performance management processes.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
