Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Driver's License A Local Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to operate various types of trucks within a local area, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of freight while adhering to safety regulations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your driving skills, this position is perfect for you!

Duties

Safely operate tractor-trailers with manual transmission across designated local routes
Day cabs and 53ft trailers
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to guarantee vehicle safety and readiness
Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, routes, and delivery records
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with clean driving record
Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving in local settings
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards for commercial driving
