Roofing Sales Representative — Performance-Based ($100K+ Opportunity)

Overview

Alpine Roofing & Restoration is hiring motivated sales representatives to join our established Marietta market.

This is a proven, high-performing team with strong systems, leadership, and active storm opportunities.

We are looking for competitive individuals who want to step into a system that already works and build a six-figure income.

Compensation

Average: $2,000 per deal
Typical rep (once ramped): $8,000–$10,000/month
Annual potential: $100K+
No cap on earnings

Our Braselton market has a higher close rate and consistent deal flow, allowing reps to ramp quickly when they follow the system.

We also provide structured performance-based bonuses in your first 90 days to help you build momentum early.

Top performers have access to additional incentives, including truck bonuses and monthly allowances.

Responsibilities

Canvassing storm-affected neighborhoods
Running roof inspections (training provided)
Signing contingency agreements with homeowners
Educating homeowners on the insurance restoration process
Managing projects from inspection through completion

Storm work is consistently active in this market.
