Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager from the Roofing Industry to join our team. We are excited to give you the autonomy of growing our roofing division. Syntech Roofing and Waterproofing has primarily executed waterproofing and roof coatings and so we are looking to leverage and compensate a senior project manager to grow the roofing division with us. The job will entail marketing, sales, leadership, training, estimating, and project managing.

Duties

Grow our roofing division. You will be leading the way in marketing, selling, and bringing in jobs and repeat clients to Syntech focused on the roofing side.
You will be asked to help train office staff and assisting in hiring field members to build our roofing division crew.
Be prepared to join and participate in marketing organizations like BOMA, IFMA, CSHE, IBECC, etc...Some events you will have to attend by yourself but we try and attend in pairs.
Training - You will be training office staff and overseeing the roofing crews
Certifications - You will be in charge and lead the way with getting Syntech certified with roofing manufacturers and managing those relationships.
Safety - You will help aid with training for the crews.
You will be working closely with the owner to build this division. End of the year profit sharing after 6 month probation period

Skills

Sales, Marketing, Negotiations, Leadership, Managing
Proficiency with Bluebeam for digital plan review and markup processes.
Strong negotiation skills to establish favorable contracts with clients and subcontractors.
Effective project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
