Job Title: Production Molder and Finishers
Location: Maple Plain, MN
Compensation: $23.00 – paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd | Monday- Thursday
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Finishers / Molders for a leading manufacturing company in Maple Plain, MN. In this role, you’ll support the production of high-quality molded components through assembly, finishing, and molding processes. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What You’ll Do:

Perform leak testing, inspection, and finishing of tanks and molded components
Set up and assist with mold/tool changes and production processes
Conduct secondary operations such as routing, flaming, and fiberglassing
Read and follow work instructions, job orders, and procedures
Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately
Identify and suggest process improvements or cost-saving ideas
Support multiple areas within production as needed
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

What You Need to Bring to the Production Molder Role:

Must have at least 6 months experience within the last 2 years in manufacturing, assembly, or production processes
Must be familiar and comfortable working with assembly tools, equipment, and/or molding processes
Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work long shifts in a warm environment
Flexibility to adapt to different tasks within the department
