Full Job Description

Precise Behavioral is hiring!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child and Adolescent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral and mental health services to individuals focusing on child and adolescents. The LCSW will utilize therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to ethical standards.

Precise Behavioral (Precise) was established to revolutionize the behavioral healthcare ecosystem for patients, providers, and health plans. Precise is a physician-owned and led organization that enables a mix of digital, telehealth, in-person, and community resources for improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide mental health evaluations, individual and family therapy, and crisis intervention for young patients at an outpatient pediatric medical clinic.
Work with a medical tea to support youth with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment efficacy.
Maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Work closely with pediatricians, PMHNP, nurses, and care team.
Stay informed about current research and best practices in social work and mental health treatment.
Help patients and families during sudden emotional or behavioral crises.
Evaluate mental health, emotional wellness, and social needs for children and teens.

Skills

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)-accredited school.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience with children, teens, and families.
Strong knowledge of child development, mental health laws, and family systems.
Complete 3,000 hours of supervised post-degree professional experience.
CA state LCSW license
Pass the association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Clinical Exam.
Pass the CA Law and Ethics Exam
