Overview
We are seeking an energetic and professional Weekend Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and adept at managing multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will handle a variety of administrative and customer service duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional support for all who walk through our doors.

Duties

Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously to the appropriate departments or individuals
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area, ensuring all informational materials are current and accessible
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, packages, and deliveries with attention to detail
Assist with office management tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and appointment scheduling
Support administrative functions using computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing office supplies inventory, and maintaining accurate records
Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing inquiries professionally and efficiently

Experience

Proven experience in front desk operations or office management roles with a focus on customer service excellence
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and data entry skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and clarity
Previous clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, calendar management, and administrative support tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills complemented by professional phone etiquette and customer support capabilities
