As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the face of OneChanceNeeded Inc, responsible for managing the entire customer journey. You'll identify potential clients, present our compelling insurance solutions, and guide them through the entire sales process to secure new business. This role is perfect for ambitious individuals who thrive on independence, direct interaction, and the satisfaction of closing deals.

Your Day-to-Day

Engage directly with potential customers in their communities, building immediate rapport and trust.
Deliver persuasive and informative presentations of our insurance products and services.
Skillfully navigate conversations, ask insightful questions to understand customer needs, and overcome objections with confidence.
Manage your daily schedule and territory to maximize customer interactions and opportunities.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, taking ownership of the customer relationship from start to finish.
Maintain a high level of energy and a positive attitude, even when facing rejection, to consistently achieve daily targets.
