Fabricator – Classic Car Restoration Shop

Location: On-site

About Us

We are a detail-driven classic car restoration shop dedicated to delivering high-quality, show-level restorations. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and results. We operate in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment where quality and efficiency matter.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator with a strong background in classic car restoration. This position requires someone who can work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing precise metal fabrication work with minimal supervision. Experience in custom fab and custom cars is preferred.

Experience with classic vehicles is REQUIRED.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate, modify, and repair sheet metal components for classic vehicles
Perform panel replacement, rust repair, custom metal shaping, and structural fabrication
Read and interpret blueprints, build sheets, and design specifications
Work closely with body, paint, and assembly teams to meet production deadlines
Ensure precision, fitment, and quality control throughout fabrication process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Meet project timelines without compromising craftsmanship

Qualifications

Proven experience working on classic cars (REQUIRED)
Strong metal fabrication and welding skills (MIG/TIG preferred)
Experience with sheet metal shaping tools (English wheel, brake, shrinker/stretcher, etc.)
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced shop environment
Must have your own tools
Must be reliable, punctual, and consistent
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
