Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities will contribute significantly to our team’s success. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and a passion for delivering outstanding support.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems and house email, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately using proper phone etiquette.
Managing house sales that come from phone calls, walkins, and website submissions.
Invoice completed jobs as well as take payment when customers receive completed jobs.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining a positive customer service experience.

Requirements

Experience in front desk operations or/customer service
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
phone etiquette skills and ability to work well with customers and use critical thinking skills to assist in customer needs.
Ability to demonstrate strong time management skills and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
