Full Job Description

Medical Spa Manager

Glow Medspa is looking for a very talented professional to join our team! This will be a great opportunity to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Our location is a very busy facility that has 6 technicians performing laser hair removal services and see about 60 - 80 clients per day in total. We just opened our second location in the DFW area and clients will eventually have the option of visiting either of the two locations. We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic and wants to be here for the long term.

Requirements:

Certified Laser Hair Removal Professional License
Prior management experience
Must have 1+ years of experience with Candela GentleMax Pro

Job Responsibilities:

Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
Must have the ability to deal well with people
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
Manage day-to-day operation of the spa
Rounds to all clients to make sure customer satisfaction and safety standards, and efficacy goals are being met.
Oversee that emails and phone calls are being responded to in a timely fashion.
Manage the overall office to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Daily meetings to motivate staff.
Weekly meetings with Regional Manager.
Will be in charge of pushing new initiatives with all staff and clients.
Assist administrative staff when necessary.
Step in the role of technician or administrative staff in their absence.
Answer questions regarding procedures.
Conduct consultations for all services.
Strong drive to meet revenue sales goals for procedures and products.
Increase sales and revenue.
We will train on all roles and responsibilities, but you MUST be willing to learn, adapt away from past techniques if different than ours, and have the drive to suceed.
We need a manager who is excited and can motivate staff and has a desire to see the entire team succeed.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Must have excellent customer service skills and a STRONG SALES ABILITY to meet goals.
Ability to work well in a team and fast pace environment.
Polished and professional attitude.
Strong ability to multitask.
Good bedside manner.
Friendly, energetic, self-starter and eager to learn.
Display exceptional verbal communication skills.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Exceptionally well-organized and detail oriented.
Previous spa or hospitality experience a plus.

Hours:

Tuesday - Saturday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
