Full Job Description

Heat Press & Sewing Operator (Athletic Apparel)

Denver Athletic Supply is seeking a skilled Heat Press & Sewing Operator to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in apparel decoration who enjoys producing high-quality work and takes pride in attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Operate commercial heat press equipment to apply names, numbers, logos, and graphics to apparel.
Sew tackle twill lettering and numbering onto athletic uniforms using industrial sewing equipment.
Prepare garments and transfers for production.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Read work orders and follow production specifications accurately.
Assist with other production duties as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

Previous heat press, apparel decoration, or production experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person..
Experience with industrial sewing machines is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
