Full Job Description

We’re looking for a high-level setup machinist who can take ownership of complex jobs on Mazak Integrex mill-turn machines — from setup through production.

This is not a button-pushing role. You’ll be working on tight-tolerance, multi-axis parts across medical, aerospace, and defense.

What You’ll Be Doing

Full setups on Mazak Integrex (mill-turn) machines
Setting up multi-axis (turning + live tooling + milling) operations
Installing and qualifying tooling, workholding, and fixtures
Dialing in feeds, speeds, and toolpaths for complex geometries
Running first articles and transitioning jobs into production
Reading prints and holding tight tolerances
Troubleshooting issues and improving processes

What We’re Looking For

Direct experience setting up Mazak Integrex or similar mill-turn machines
Strong understanding of multi-axis machining (C/Y axis, live tooling)
Ability to read complex prints and hold tight tolerances
Someone who can think, troubleshoot, and take ownership

Preferred (not required):

Experience editing Mazatrol or G-code
Exposure to CAM (Mastercam, Esprit, etc.)
