JOB TITLE: Floating Facility Manager
LOCATION: Denver, CO
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly-Non-exempt
SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: District Manager
PAY RANGE: $19-$21/hour

POSITION SUMMARY
Greenbox Self Storage is looking for a Rockstar Floating Facility Manager. Our growing self storage business needs a motivated operator who is up to the challenge of being a 'floating' Manager three of our locations in the Denver area.

A Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our state of the art and environmentally conscious self storage facilities. This includes first class customer service, sales, and facility upkeep.

Greenbox Self Storage Rockstars are always up to the challenge in our fast-paced facilities, are customer service-oriented, passionate, energetic, take ownership of their work, and able multi-task. They are confident in their decision-making abilities and possess a real go-getter attitude.

WHAT THE TEAM NEEDS FROM YOU

Willingness to 'float' between three of our Denver self storage locations to support operations as needed.
Provide consistent, seamless, and high-quality guest experiences
First class customer service - Resolve customer issues/concerns in a timely, effective, and highly professional manner
Understand key facility differentiators, create value, and optimize every conversion opportunity
Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
Demonstrate leadership and accountability when operating our self storage facilities
Work independently on the property
Willingness to work regular Saturdays
Become an expert in self-storage by renting storage spaces and managing the leasing process
Take ownership of your store’s retail business
Utilize our Point of Sales system (POS) to take payments and manage customer accounts
Conduct daily storage unit inspections; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent
Manage, audit, and balance cash drawer; prepare and make daily deposits
Pursue collections and manage auctions

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

2+ years of customer service and sales experience
1+ years of self storage facility management a plus
Non-negotiable - Must have reliable transport and willingness to travel between facilities in Downtown/RiNo areas, and S Santa Fe Drive
Proficient in Office365 suite
Strong accountability and work ethic
Promote a team-first environment that values first class customer service
Problem solving aptitude, and willingness to “figure it out”
Creative and resourceful attitude
Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
A flexible schedule - We are open every day except for Sunday’s and major Holidays

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours/day;
Ability to work outdoors during all seasons
Able to bend, climb ladders and lift up to 40 pounds

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit.
