Broad Statement of Responsibilities
The Clinical Care Coordinator at All Points Boulder is responsible for supporting high-quality clinical services and program operations across multidisciplinary treatment settings. This role provides coordination of client care, assists with dTMS treatment delivery and monitoring, and helps maintain safe, consistent, and effective therapeutic services. The position works collaboratively with clinicians, medical providers, case management, and support teams to ensure seamless care coordination, strong client engagement, and positive treatment outcomes. Responsibilities also include supporting program operations, tracking attendance and outcomes, contributing to quality improvement efforts, and assisting with special projects that enhance client experience and program effectiveness.

Education & Experience
This position requires an appropriate level of education; however, a combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.
- Education (minimum required): Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Health Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience (years/type): 2 + years of experience working in behavioral health or addiction treatment settings, especially within multidisciplinary teams
Special Skills & Knowledge
Candidates should have the following skills and attributes: must be able to work and communicate well with people; be adaptable, and accept changes quickly and easily; be willing to address conflict appropriately. Basic computer skills are required with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products knowledge a bonus.

Position Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct client support to ensure safety, therapeutic consistency, and positive treatment outcomes
- Support the delivery and coordination of neuromodulation services in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with clinicians, medical providers, case management, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care
- Monitor client response to treatment, document relevant clinical information, and support outcome tracking
- Maintain a therapeutic, supportive, and safety-focused environment for clients
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within electronic health record systems
- Support admissions, discharges, and care coordination activities in partnership with case management
- Assist with safety oversight, including drills, inspections, and adherence to program safety standards
- Contribute to quality improvement, performance initiatives, and client satisfaction efforts
- Support administrative and office operations, including supply management and coordination of resources
- Participate in special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by leadership
- Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) coordination and preparation: Scheduling, client preparation, treatment-room readiness, fasting/hydration verification, and overall treatment-day workflow.
- Treatment support and monitoring: Helping to obtain and documenting pre- and post-treatment vitals; providing comfort measures; and communicating any concerns to the medical team.
- Clinical documentation: Documenting weight, prior dosing and treatment information, completing documentation in KIPU,. and maintaining appropriate chart tagging/tracking.
- Interdisciplinary coordination: Working with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support individualized treatment planning and continuity of care.
- Integration support: With appropriate additional training and demonstrated competency, potentially facilitating structured post-KAT integration as part of the client's treatment process
