Current Shifts to be Prioritized in Hiring:

Sunday: 8:15am-2:45pm

Thursday: ~3:30-8pm

Friday: ~3:30-8pm

Customer Experience Team Member (Front Desk & Operations Support)

Colorado Swim School is seeking dependable, professional, and solution-oriented individuals to join our Customer Experience Team.

This role is integral to daily operations. You are not simply answering phones — you are welcoming families, guiding enrollment, clearly communicating program value, resolving concerns, and helping maintain an organized and positive environment.

This role requires professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility for the experience families have in our facility.

Our front desk sets the tone for the entire facility. First impressions matter, and we are looking for individuals who consistently demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and genuine warmth in every interaction.

Schedule

Shifts are available Sunday through Friday based on operational needs and candidate availability.
Consistent attendance and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist families in person, by phone, text and via email
Confidently and accurately explain our program structure, progression, and policies
Guide new families through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
Support enrollment growth by clearly communicating the value of our program
Manage scheduling, class changes, and account updates
Resolve concerns calmly, tactfully, and professionally
Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling software
Walk through observation and customer areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and welcoming
Restock merchandise and front-of-house supplies as needed
Maintain a neat, professional, and presentable front desk environment
Support clear communication between deck staff and families
Cross-train in the water to understand our curriculum and assist when needed

Requirements

Proficient with basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and navigating multiple systems
Able to manage scheduling software while communicating clearly across platforms
Strong attention to detail when entering and reviewing information
Willing and able to train in the water
Comfortable working in a pool environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
CPR/First Aid/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

No prior aquatics experience required — training provided.

Compensation & Benefits

$17–$20/hour (based on experience)
~5–15 hours per week
