Full Job Description

Adecco is assisting a manufacturing company in the Manchester, NH area with hiring Utility Operators. These are long-term temporary opportunities within a fast-paced plastics production environment! Overtime is welcomed.

Pay Rates:

3rd Shift: $22.00 per hour

Schedules / Shifts:

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM

Essential Job Functions:

Support daily operations across multiple departments in a plastics manufacturing facility
Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding, extrusion, and automated production equipment
Perform material handling, resin loading, part handling, and packaging of plastic components
Conduct visual and in-process quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines
Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards
Complete basic computer entries and production documentation
Meet established production, quality, and safety goals
Cross-train in multiple areas and provide coverage where needed
Successfully complete training to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) as required

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, extrusion, or automated equipment is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
