Full Job Description

Responsibilities - MOTHERS PART TIME HOURS!!!

Consider joining our medical non-profit organization's team as an administrative assistant and coordinator! This person will be responsible for performing a variety of general administrative support duties for the CEO in membership, events, and clerical duties. This position will also assist with the society programs associated with the scheduling inpatient/outpatient surgery and medical procedures, tests and studies. Also provides support, and communicates necessary information to patients and physicians regarding appts. testing and surgery scheduling. This position is clerical and detail oriented. Proficiency in typing, Microsoft Office and understanding of medical terminology a must, (WordPress, SendGrid and QuickBooks a plus). This position is clerical and detail oriented. Proficiency in typing, filing, phone and communication, Microsoft Office and understanding of medical terminology a must.

Qualifications

Must be dependable, Partime position available. Flexible schedule.

High school diploma or office experience required.
Medical office experience preferred
Technologically experienced necessary in email, and Microsoft office applications such as WORD, EXCEL, etc.

9 AM

This position may open or close offices and at times, may works alone on site and is self managed many days. (There is no REMOTE work available)
