Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Unit Turn Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure turnaround projects within our construction division. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and scheduling to cost control and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools. Join us to drive successful project outcomes, ensure safety standards, and deliver high-quality infrastructure upgrades on time and within budget.

Position Purpose

The Project Manager serves as a cornerstone leadership role within the construction operations of the company. This position is responsible for overseeing project execution from pre-construction through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards. The Project Manager will lead project coordination, subcontractor management, budgeting oversight, and client communication while maintaining a culture of accountability, communication, and operational excellence. The role requires an ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.

Core Objectives

1. Fully understand the company’s construction workflows, scheduling systems, estimating procedures, and budgeting tools.

2. Develop fluency in project performance metrics, timelines, and profitability tracking.

3. Lead daily project coordination meetings while maintaining accountability across all active jobsites.

4. Build operational confidence and judgment to independently manage project-level challenges while maintaining communication with ownership.

5. Establish strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field teams.

6. Demonstrate measurable improvements in project execution, communication, safety, and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all construction projects achieve operational excellence, financial performance, and quality standards.

Key Areas of Accountability Include:

Project Scheduling & Coordination – Oversee project schedules, sequencing, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and timelines to ensure projects remain on track.
Budget & Cost Management – Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, track change orders, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with

subcontractors and vendors while ensuring work quality, timeliness, professionalism, and cost control.

Client Communication – Maintain proactive communication with clients, ownership, and stakeholders regarding project progress, scheduling updates, and challenges.
Quality Control – Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and project specifications.
Safety & Compliance – Ensure projects comply with OSHA requirements, building codes, permits, inspections, and company safety standards.
Reporting & Analysis – Provide weekly project summaries outlining schedule status, financial updates, risks, delays, and action plans.
Leadership & Accountability – Promote a culture of ownership, urgency, communication, and professionalism across all projects and team members.

Work Location: In person

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
