Full Job Description

We are looking for an incredible associate dentist who has strong interpersonal skills and high standards for their clinical work to join our growing practice! We have a provider going on maternity leave and are looking for another doctor to join our practice as we continue to grow.

You will have the opportunity to work with incredible team members and at an office with a great reputation in our local communities. We are looking for candidates who are open to working at both of our locations depending on the need (Enumclaw and Bonney Lake).

We are open to both newer graduates and experienced hires. The following qualities are most important to us:

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude - Our offices are integrated with small, tight-knit communities where you will have the opportunity to establish long term patient care and team relationships. We want someone who cares about creating a positive environment for our team and patients.
Humility and coachability - We want a practitioner who is open to collaboration and mentorship. It is important that whoever takes this position is interested in learning our approach as an office and who will take and implement feedback well.
Detail oriented and focused on preventative care - We take a conservative, evidence-based approach to treatment planning in our practice. We also love when our practitioners have a strong attention to detail in their treatment plan delivery and diagnostic capabilities. We treatment plan what the patient needs, no more, no less.
Positive Energy & Empathy - We genuinely care about our patients and our community. We are looking for someone who shares this value in their patient care philosophy.
Embraces Innovation - We are a practice that uses the CEREC, Cone Beam, Diode Lasers and we are constantly pushing to learn and leverage the best technologies dentistry has to offer. We want someone who isn't afraid to provide us with feedback and bring new ideas to our practice when they see a need.
Enjoys community and team involvement outside of work - We participate in regular community events and team events. We would like someone who enjoys engaging in these settings.

First and foremost, we are looking for a great restorative dentist who enjoys working with all ages in a family practice!

Compensation & Benefits

We are looking for the right long-term fit and will compensate accordingly:

Greater of daily minimum (negotiable) or 25%-30% of adjusted production depending on experience and tenure with the practice.
Compensation calculations and duration of daily minimum will be discussed during the interview process.
Long term opportunities for profit-share bonuses after 5 years with the practice, open to partnership if there is a great mutual fit.
401K – Dollar for dollar match up to 4%
Medical – 50% employer coverage of premiums
Dental – Covered in office
Vision - 100% covered benefit if needed
