We are looking for managers to staff our resurging casual theme restaurant. Full service with bar. Our brand is well known, our food and service are recognized as top notch and we are smoking the competition. So much so that we are opening restaurants while others are marinating at best.

Our existing stores are getting a lot of attention which bring us back to our managers. Critical eyes, great trainers, FOH and BOH commitment, and a love for a Traditional American Cuisine will all get you into a position from which you can grow. With our new store openings and our commitment to upgrading our current stores many opportunities exist. This is slow cooking and quick moving all in one.

Responsibilities of the Restaurant Kitchen Manager

· A Restaurant Kitchen Manager proactively manage operations including inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed

· A Restaurant Kitchen Manager deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction

· Restaurant Kitchen Manager prepares reports for staff, food control, and sales

· Restaurant Kitchen Managers create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development

Requirements of the Restaurant Kitchen Manager

· 2 years or more Restaurant Kitchen Management Experience

· Our Restaurant Kitchen Managers have basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees

· A restaurant manager must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards

· Our Restaurant Kitchen Managers have a hands-on management style

· Restaurant Kitchen Managers need to be passionate about the hospitality industry

· Restaurant Kitchen Managers should have a great Customer Focus

· Restaurant Kitchen Manager have good Food Production Skills

· Our Restaurant Kitchen Managers have a Current driver’s license
