Dental Front Desk Coordinator – Emerald Coast Dental

Looking for a dental office where you can do good work, be part of a great team and actually enjoy coming to work?

Emerald Coast Dental in Destin, FL is looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized and confident in a busy dental office, with at least 2 years of dental front desk experience.

If you enjoy getting to know your patients, keeping things organized and being part of a team that works together, we’d love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As a Dental Front Desk Coordinator, you'll help keep the day running smoothly while making sure our patients feel taken care of.

Your day may include:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming first impression
Answering phones and helping patients with questions
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Checking patients in and out
Verifying insurance benefits
Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
Collecting payments
Maintaining accurate patient information and records
Communicating with patients throughout their treatment
Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative needs
Helping create a positive and organized office environment

What We're Looking For

2+ years of dental front desk or dental reception experience
Friendly and professional communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office
Confident discussing treatment, insurance and financial options with patients
Reliable and dependable
Positive, team-oriented attitude
A genuine interest in helping patients
Open Dental experience is a plus
PPO/FFS dental experience is preferred
