About CRDN:

The Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, LLC (CRDN), is a franchise organization supporting independently owned and operated franchise restoration specialists trained in restoring textiles, electronics, and art and collectibles, as well as the performance of full-service contents restoration services, all with respect to items damaged by insured casualties. Position Overview:

CRDN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Franchise Development to identify, research, and cultivate prospective franchisees for our growing franchise system. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional who can build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, guide them through our franchise development process, and ensure requisite documentation and information is captured and handed off to our Partner Integration/Right Start team once a franchise agreement is signed. This role also carries responsibility for securing and managing sponsorships for CRDN's annual convention and regional meetings. This position reports to the Executive Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Development & Prospecting:

o Prospect Research & Sourcing: Identify and research potential franchise candidates through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital channels, and other lead generation strategies.

o Prospect Qualification: Evaluate and screen candidate profiles to ensure alignment with CRDN's objectives and value proposition, presenting qualified prospects to the franchise development team for review.

o Pipeline Management: Track and manage all leads and prospects through the full franchise development pipeline using FranConnect or similar CRM/lead tracking software, maintaining accurate and current records.

o Process Compliance: Ensure all internal sales processes are followed, including securing requisite approvals and completing “deal sheet” summaries with all required information for each prospect and executed agreement.

o Meet The Team Day: Coordinate and support prospective franchisee qualification activities, including disclosure of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), record-keeping compliance, and coordination/facilitation of Meet the Team Day.

o Handoff to Onboarding: Complete and submit deal sheets and coordinate a smooth handoff of newly signed franchisees to the Partner Integration/Right Start team.

o Reporting: Prepare regular reports on prospect and pipeline status for review by management.

o Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, representing CRDN positively to prospects, brokers, and industry contacts.

Sponsorship Development (Conventions & Regional Meetings):

o Sponsor Sourcing: Identify, solicit, and secure sponsors for CRDN's annual convention and applicable regional meetings.

o Sponsor Communication: Manage ongoing communication with sponsor prospects and confirmed sponsors, including collection of sponsorship agreements, payments, logos, and related materials.

o Commission Tracking: Track sponsorship revenue against prior year totals and administer the sliding-scale commission structure tied to meeting or exceeding prior year sponsorship results.

o Event Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill sponsor benefits and recognition at conventions and regional meetings.

o Sponsorship Reporting: Maintain sponsor records and prepare regular reporting on sponsorship pipeline, commitments, and results.

General/Other Responsibilities:

o Event Participation: Participate in franchise prospect Meet the Team Days, regional meetings, and the annual convention as needed.

o Additional Tasks: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Skills and Abilities:

o Sales background required, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

o Franchising background required, with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience.

o Restoration or insurance industry experience a plus.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high comfort level engaging prospects and sponsors via phone and email.

o Experience with FranConnect or similar lead tracking/CRM software a plus.

o Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously.

o Goal-oriented self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision.

o Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

o Ability to travel for conventions, regional meetings, and Discovery Days as needed.

o College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
