A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Dover-Foxcroft, ME. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus!

Qualifications:
A successful Rehab Director will:

Ensure efficient and effective operations
-
Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes

Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
-
Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
-
Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
-
Provide therapy services as needed

Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed

Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
-
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
Good Faith Rate Range: $45/hr - $47/hr
