Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support and managing the front desk operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Perform project coordination tasks as needed
- Assist with computerized order entry and data entry
- Manage files and documents efficiently
- Provide personal assistant support to executives when required
- Handle office management duties to ensure smooth operations
- Offer exceptional customer support to clients and visitors
- Operate phone systems effectively

Skills:
- Proficient in administrative tasks including project coordination, data entry, and office management
- Strong computer skills for order entry and file management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with phone systems for directing calls efficiently
